In some circumstances, it may be necessary to forward a voicemail to a coworker or supervisor. To do this…

  1. Log into the correct portal, Enswitch 1 or Enswitch 2.
  2. Click on Messages.
  3. Find the voicemail that you would like to forward.
  4. Click the checkbox next to the message to select it. 
  5. Click the Copy or move selected button. 
  6. Select the mailboxes you would like to copy the voicemail to.

    Quick Tip: To select multiple mailboxes at once, press and hold Ctrl while clicking the mailboxes.

     
  7. Click the Add selected button. 
  8. Click the Save button.
