Method 1: Add an Additional Person to a Call Method 2: Merge Two Active Calls

Conference Calling, sometimes referred to as 3-Way Calling, allows the 3 people, including the host, to speak together on one call. You can use a Yealink handset to create a 3-way conference call with two participants.

Note: If you are interested in being able to host conferences for more than 3 people, then implementing a Conference Bridge may be a great option for you!

To get one set up, please reach out to our technical support team by calling (469) 429-2500, dialing HELP/4357 on a desk phone, or emailing support@spectrumvoip.com
