Reorder Your Music on Hold
Learn how to rearrange your songs and messages to fine-tune when a caller will hear certain songs and messages.

Music On Hold songs and messages will play according to the order in which they appear in the Music on Hold page (starting with the top file on the page).
Note: If the Randomize music option is selected, the songs in the list will play in a random order for callers.

On the left side of the Music on Hold page, hover over the up/down arrows next to the song/message you want to move.
- Click and drag the song/message to the desired spot on the list.

For the confirmation message that appears, click the Save button.
