Try Out the Iris AI Assistant with a Trial

Start a 7-Day Trial for Iris
To see if Iris could be an effective solution for your company, you can start a 7-day, free trial to test out its features.
- Click the Subscriptions button at the top-right of your web portal.
- On the AI Receptionist tab of the Subscriptions menu, review the description of Iris and click the Try It Free for 7 Days button.

- Once the button is clicked, a confirmation message will appear. Click the OK button to move forward.
- Click the OK button again for the next confirmation message.

✔ Once Iris has been enabled, you will see a new accessible page for Iris on the left page navigation bar under the Call History option.

- Navigate to the new Iris page.

Allow Iris to train itself using your business' information by doing one of the following:

Find your business profile - If you have created a Google profile for your business, type and select the name of your business.

Add your business website - If your business does not have a Google profile, you can provide your business' website URL to allow Iris to review your website's information to learn more about your business.

To do so, click the Use your website hyperlink at the bottom of the Find your business profile section.

✔ Now that you have enabled and trained your Iris Ai Assistant, you can move forward with adjusting Iris' settings and deploying Iris so that it can start handling calls.
Cancel Your Iris Trial/Services
If you decide that Iris is not a good fit for your company's needs, you can end your Iris trial before the 7-day trial ends. You can also have your Iris services disabled.
To disable Iris, submit a request to our Technical Support team so that they can disable the service, help correct your call routing, and update our Billing team about this change.

If you would like to speak with our Billing team about any billing concerns, you can do so by calling (469) 429-2500 and selecting Option 2 or emailing billing@spectrumvoip.com.
In your request for Iris cancellation request, include the following:
- Any adjustments that should be made to your call routing now that Iris is not being used. Where should calls go during specific times?
