If needed, email notifications can be sent to one or more email addresses when a record group stores a new call recording.

To set up an email address to receive these notifications…

1. Navigate to Features → Call recording. 
   
2. Click the name of the record group that stores the recordings that you want to be notified about.
   
3. In the menu, use the Email recordings to box to type a valid email address that should receive an emailed copy of call recordings stored in this record group.
   
4. Click the Save button when you are ready.
   

   ✔ Now that email address should receive an email from noreplies@spectrumvoip.com containing the call recording and information about the recording, such as its duration and the parties involved in the call.
