Common Yealink Menu Navigations
This article includes helpful Yealink features, that can be accessed through the phone's menu. Some phone models may have slightly different menu options.

Commonly Used Menu Options
Edit DSS Keys (BLF's Speed Dials)
- Press Menu.
- Select Features.
- Select DSS Keys.
Alternate method:
- Hold the line key you would like to change for 5 sec.
This will open a menu that will allow you to create BLFs and Speed Dials.
Depending on your system setup, these buttons might be overridden by account defaults.
Fix Voicemail Destination
- Press Menu
- Press Messages
- Press Voicemail
- Press Set Voice Mail Code
- Change the voicemail code to 5001 (For Stratus) or 'voicemail' for Enswitch
Switch from General Voicemail to Unified Voicemail
- Press Menu
- Press Message
- Press Voicemail
- Press view Voicemail
- Then select user 500
When switching to Unified Voicemail, please ensure the unified voicemailbox has been implemented already by giving the support department a call at (469) 429-2500 or by emailing a ticket to support@spectrumvoip.com.
Network Settings Adjustments
Enable DHCP
- Press Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Advanced Settings:
- You will be asked for a password
- Push the button underneath the "abc" text on the screen until it becomes "123"
- Password: 50615061
- Select network
- Select WAN port
- Select option 2 (IPV4)
- Use the arrow keys to change the type from static to DHCP
- Press save
Add Static IP
- Press Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Advanced Settings:
- You will be asked for a password
- Push the button underneath the "abc" text on the screen until it becomes "123"
- Password: 50615061
- Select network
- Select WAN port
- Select option 2 (IPV4)
- Use the arrow keys to change the type from DHCP to Static
- Add the static IP information for the phone and network
- (Remember to add the DNS servers as well. If unsure try using (8.8.8.8) and (1.1.1.1))
Remove a VLAN
- Press Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- You will be asked for a password
- Push the button underneath the "abc" text on the screen until it becomes "123"
- Password: 50615061
- Select network
- Select VLAN
- Use the arrow keys to change the VLAN status to disabled
- Press save
