iOS - The Layout of the Stratus Mobile App
Learn how to navigate between the Stratus Mobile App's different pages using its Tab Bar.

Tab Bar Icons
When you open the SpectrumVoIP Stratus mobile app, you will see a bar on the bottom of the screen that shows six icons: Quick Dial, History, Keypad, Contacts, Messages, and Tools. For the History and Messages tabs, a Notification dot will appear to indicate the number of unread messages or missed calls in the application.

Touch the icons on the tab bar to navigate to the different screens available in your Stratus app.

The Main Screen: The Keypad
When you open up the application after closing, the Keypad screen will be displayed. This mobile app also has a Tab Bar (4) that exhibits the icons for each of the different screens of the app and a top bar that shows the Settings icon (5) and the Registration Status (1) of your app.

(1) | Keypad | Tap numbers on the keypad to dial a code or someone's extension number/phone number. |
(2) | Dialed Number field |
View the numbers you have dialed so far. If there is a contact for the number you dialed, their contact name will appear. |
(3) | Delete ![]() |
If you have made a mistake while dialing, press the Delete ![]() |
(4) | Call button | Press the Call button to place a call to the number you have dialed with the keypad. |
(5) | Your Name | Press your name to view your mailbox's activity and toggle Do Not Disturb on/off. |

The Quick Dial Tab
Quick dials act as a shortcut or speed dial for quickly contacting other people. A tap on a quick dial places the call instantly. These quick dials can also be used for other functions like transferring.

(1) | Quick Dial | Press a quick dial to quickly call the person this quick dial is programmed to call. |
(2) | Status |
View the status of the user this quick dial is set to call. These statuses include OFF CALL, ON CALL, and Ringing. Statuses can only be shown for quick dials that dial an extension number. |
(3) | EDIT | Press EDIT to edit existing quick dials or use the Add button to add more quick dials. |

The History Tab
The History tab records all the call logs from most recent to earliest. The call logs display the contact name or phone number, the call type, and the time of the call.

Press ALL, MISSED, or RECORDED to view calls of specific kinds. |
(2) | Search Bar | Find a specific call by searching for the caller's name, phone number or extension number. |
(3) | Call Log | View the details of a call you have previously handled. Press the call log to place a call back to this person. |
(4) | Info | Press the Info icon to view the details of the call. |
(5) | EDIT | Press EDIT to select call logs to delete. |
(6) | Share ![]() |
Export the call logs to a CSV document. The user can then send it to other users or save it on the mobile device. |

The Contacts Tab
On the Contacts tab, you can view and contact other people with ease.

Swap between your app's Address Book, Stratus Contacts, and Office365 contacts. - If you allowed the app to read your mobile device's contacts, they can be viewed in the Address Book section. |
(2) | Search Bar | Type a contact's name, extension number, or phone number to find their contact. |
(3) | Contact | Press a contact to view the contact's details |
(4) | Call ![]() |
Start an audio call with this contact. |
(5) | Video Call |
Start a video call with this contact. NOTE: You will need to give the app permission to use your phone's camera. |
(6) | Message ![]() |
Send this contact a chat or SMS message. NOTE: SMS services will need to be enabled for your account in order to send texts. This can be done using the Stratus web portal by an Office Manager user. |
(7) | Index | Press a letter to skip ahead to contacts whose last names start with the letter. |

The Messages Tab
On the Messages tab, you can check and respond to your chat messages (1) and SMS messages (2).

(1) | Conversation | Tap a chat/SMS conversation to review the messages that have been sent and send new messages. |

Start a new chat or SMS conversation by pressing this icon. NOTE: SMS services will need to be enabled for your account in order to send texts. This can be done using the Stratus web portal by an Office Manager user. |
(3) | EDIT | Press EDIT to select conversations that you would like to delete or mark as read. |

Tools: Manage Your Voice Mail and User Settings
On the Tools tab, you can view your Voice Mail and configure your User Settings.
Visual VM
In the Visual VM menu, you can listen to and manage the voicemail messages you have stored in your voicemailbox.

(1) | Folder dropdown | Switch between the New, Saved, or Trash folders of your voicemailbox. |
(2) | Voicemail Details | View the contact name, extension number, or phone number of the person that left the message and the date and time the message was left. |

Listen to and review the voicemail message. |
(4) | Forward ![]() |
Send this voicemail to another user's mailbox. |
(5) | Save ![]() |
Move the voicemail to your Saved folder of your mailbox. |
(6) | Trash ![]() |
Move the voicemail to the Trash folder of your mailbox. |
(7) | Return to Tools | Press the Return arrow to go back to the main Tools page. |
(8) | Refresh | To view any changes, press the Refresh button. |
User Settings
In the User Settings page, you can adjust settings for your voicemailbox. You also have the option to reorder your answering rules.

Use this dropdown to reorder your answering rules for call forwarding purposes. Note: This feature is best used to reorder “Always” answering rules that are constantly enabled and need to be prioritized to be active. To learn more about this option, read this article. |
(2) | Enable Voicemails | Enable/disable your voicemailbox from storing future messages. |
(3) | Inbox Options | Select from the options to fine-tune how your mailbox sorts and announces information. |
(4) | Record Voicemail Greeting ![]() |
Press this button to set a new voicemail greeting. You will be given the option to give the greeting a name and select one of your devices to send the call to. |
(5) | Greetings dropdown | If you have multiple voicemail greetings, use this dropdown to select the one that should be used. |
(6) | Email Notification | Select from the listed options to set how an email should be sent |
(7) | Voicemail Transcription |
Enable or disable transcripts for voicemails. NOTE: Enabling voicemail transcriptions costs $2.99 per month per user. |
