Add StratusHUB to Microsoft Teams for Your Organization
Learn how to install and publish StratusHUB to your company's Teams account to allow your organization to utilize StratusHUB from within Microsoft Teams.

This guide walks you through how to upload and publish the StratusHUB for Teams app for your organization. To do this, you would use the Teams Developer Portal to import the StratusHUB app package (a ZIP file with the manifest and icons), publish it to your organization, and have a Teams admin approve the app for use across your company.
Step 1: Open the Teams Developer Portal
To set up StratusHUB for your company's Teams account, you will need to access and log into your Teams Developer Portal.
- Navigate to your Teams Developer Portal by visiting https://dev.teams.microsoft.com.
- Sign in using your Microsoft 365 work account.
Step 2: Import the ZIP File
Using the Teams Developer Portal, you can import apps that your users can use within their Teams app.

Click the button below to download a zipped StratusHUB file.
StratusHUB for Teams ZIP -
Do one of the following:

On the Home page, click Import an app.
- Go to the Apps tab and select Import app.

On the Home page, click Import an app.

In the Import an app menu, click the Import zipped package button.

In the Downloads folder of your Files Manager/Explorer, double click the StratusHUBTeams .zip file.
- Back in the Import an app menu, click the Import button.
- Review the metadata and icons once imported.
- Click Save to apply this app to your Teams Developer Portal.
Step 3: Publish the App to Your Organization
After importing, you will be redirected to the App Overview page. Do the following to submit the app for approval by your Teams admin:
- In the top-right corner, click Publish to org.
- Add any required notes or change descriptions for admin reviewers.

Submit the app.
✔ The app will now be in a pending state until approved by your Teams Administrator (unless auto-approval is configured).
Step 4 (Optional): Approve the App as Admin
If you are your company's Teams admin, do the following to approve the StratusHUB app for use by your Teams users:
- Go to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center by visiting https://admin.teams.microsoft.com.
- Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps
- Locate the submitted StratusHUB app. It may be listed under Submitted apps.
- Approve and allow StratusHUB for your organization
Final: Test and Use the App
Once a Teams admin has approved the app for use, the app will appear under Built for your org in the Teams App Store. The app can now be opened and pinned by users within Microsoft Teams.
Users can open and use the StratusHUB app by doing the following:

In the navigation bar, select Apps.
- In the Apps panel that appears, select Added by your org.
- In the Added by your org section, click the Open button next to the StratusHUB app.

- In the Let's go menu, click the Open button.

Log into your Microsoft 365 account.

Select the extension number you would like to use for StratusHUB and click the CONTINUE button.

✔ Now you can use the StratusHUB app within your Teams app to handle calls, check your voicemails, and more!

You can pin the app to your Teams navigation bar by right-clicking StratusHUB on the navigation par and selecting Pin.
