Change Your Voicemail PIN
Over time, you may need to update your voicemail PIN. This could be because you forgot voicemail PIN, need to update your security information periodically, or are inheriting this extension from a previous user.
You can update your own PIN using the Profile Settings
- Click the User icon and select Select Account.
- Select your user.
- On the Profile page, go to the Change Voicemail PIN section and enter a new 4-digit PIN.

IMPORTANT: Your PIN cannot be 1234 or 0000. Using one of these as the PIN will result in a randomized PIN being generated instead.
- Call your voicemail by pressing the Message button on a phone or dialing 5001 on the desktop app and test using your new PIN.
