Check Your Voicemails

The Voicemail tab will display your voicemails. You can use the Folder dropdown to switch between the New, Saved, and Trash folders of your voicemailbox.

When you select a voicemail, you will be able to view more details about it and use different functions for managing the voicemail message.

An example voicemail message that shows a caller's Caller ID, the date they left the voicemail, and a transcription of the voicemail. On the menu, there is a playback bar for listening to the voicemail, a volume button, and a three-dot button that shows extra options (Download and Playback Speed). Across the bottom, there are four buttons for handling the voicemail: Call (far left), Forward (middle left), Add Contact (middle right), and Trash (far right).

An example voicemail greeting from the Greetings page of StratusHUB. When a greeting is selected from the list on the left, the greeting's details is shown on the right, such as the text of the greeting (if text-to-speech was used), a playback bar for reviewing the greeting, a volume button, and a three-dot button that shows extra options (Download and Playback Speed). Change Your Voicemail PIN

Over time, you may need to update your voicemail PIN. This could be because you forgot voicemail PIN, need to update your security information periodically, or are inheriting this extension from a previous user.

You can update your own PIN using the Profile Settings

  1. Click the User icon and select Select Account.
  2. Select your user.
  3. On the Profile page, go to the Change Voicemail PIN section and enter a new 4-digit PIN.

IMPORTANT: Your PIN cannot be 1234 or 0000. Using one of these as the PIN will result in a randomized PIN being generated instead.

  4. Call your voicemail by pressing the Message button on a phone or dialing 5001 on the desktop app and test using your new PIN.
