StratusLINK Faxing
To send a fax via the StratusLINK extension. you will need the following:
Destination Number
Fax File to be sent
Attach a File for Faxing
To attach a file to send as a fax…
Click the Attach File icon next to the No file selected warning.
✔ Once this icon is clicked, a window for StratusLINK's Settings will appear.
Scroll down to the bottom to find the Fax Settings section and click the Attach File icon again.
✔ Once this icon is clicked again, a separate window will appear for browsing your file directory.
Find and select the file to fax from your PC's file directory.
Once the file is uploaded, the File Attachment section will show the file's name like so:
Send the Fax
Once you have the Sender Number and Destination Number types in and the fax file attached, click Send Fax.
