If an emergency arises, ensuring that your physical address is accurately registered in the 911 system could be a matter of life and death. At SpectrumVoIP, security and safety is our top priority, and we encourage our customers to confirm their 911 address on a regular basis. To do so, follow the simple instructions below and dial 933 to hear your emergency response address.

Confirm Your Phone's Current 911 Address
- Dial 933 on your SpectrumVoIP phone
- Listen to the recording and determine if your physical address is correct.
- To update your address, submit a support ticket by emailing support@spectrumvoip.com and provide us with the correct address. We will respond to the ticket when the address change has been completed.
✔ If your address is current, no action is required!
