Add More Dates to a Time Frame
Learn how you can edit a time frame to add more dates for call forwarding.
Once you have created routing for events, such as holidays or meetings, it may be necessary to schedule more dates. These additional dates can be added to a time frame at any time.
To add date ranges to an existing time frame…
- Navigate to the Time Frames page.
- Click the name of your business or the name of a user where the time frame is stored.
- Click the name of the time frame that needs dates added to it.
- In the Edit menu, click the Add date range icon.
- Click the Calendar icon and select the date and time that will need forwarding.
- If needed, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each additional date.
- When ready, click the Save button.
✔ Now when you hover over the Information icon, you should see the new date(s) added to the time frame.
