Grandstream Status Icons
Learn more about the different icons that you will see on the top of the screen depending on the status of your Grandstream phone.

While using your Grandstream phones, you may notice different icons on your phone's screen. These different icons are displayed on your phone to indicate its status or what it is doing.
Quick Tip: One of the most common status icons that can cause concern is the Phone Warning (
) icon that usually appears as a triangle. This icon can indicate that the phone is having issues registering to our server or updating its security credentials for using your extension number.
IMPORTANT: If you see this icon, please contact our Technical Support team further help troubleshooting any issues that could be affecting your phone's ability to register itself.

A Busy forward is currently active. Calls received while the phone is busy or on DND will be forwarded. |

A No Answer forward is active. Calls that are not answered in time will be forwarded. |
