Can I Have All My Calls Recorded? 

We support call recording for all of our customers. By default, call recordings are disabled. To enable this service for your account, please contact our technical support team.

Is Call Recording a Free Service?

It is free to store the call recordings for up to 30 days from when the calls were placed. 

If you would like to keep the recordings for longer than 30 days, it is $2.99 per extension per month for every 30 days longer than the free 30 day period.

Example: If you have 10 extensions and would like to keep your call recordings a total of 60 days, then you would have about $30.00 added to your bill each month.

 

If I Decide to Pay for Extended Storage, Can I Choose Which Extensions?

If you choose to pay for extra days of storage, this feature is applied to all extensions. It is not currently possible to select specific extensions to use this service.
