Manage Your SMS Brand and Campaign
Learn how to effectively review and manage your SMS brand and its campaigns through the SMS Campaign Registry page.

Review Your Brand
On the SMS Campaign Registry page, you can view your registered brand and any of its campaigns.
Note: To learn how to create a Brand, check out this guide.
WARNING: You can only have one Brand registered for your company.
To view your brand and its campaigns…
- Navigate to the Inventory page.
- Visit the SMS Campaign Registry tab.
- Click the Brand Name.
On your brand's page, you can view information such as:
- Legal Company Name
- Brand ID
- Universal EIN
- Identity Status
- Brand Relationship
- Tax Exempt Status
- Government Entity
You can view more information about your company in the Company Details section.
In the Authorization Details section, you can view SpectrumVoIP's Terms of Service for using SMS services.
View Your SMS Campaigns
While viewing your brand, you can reference the Registered Campaigns section to review the campaigns you have registered.

To manage a certain campaign, click the Campaign ID for the specific SMS campaign.
Manage an SMS Campaign
While viewing a specific campaign's page, you can reference and take note of that SMS campaign's information.
In the Carrier Status section, you can view the different carriers providing your SMS service and the Status of your services with these carriers.
The Campaign and Content Attributes section allows you to view the information being collected and displayed by your campaign's SMS messages.

Register a Phone Number
On the campaign's page, you have the option to register phone numbers one-by-one.
To do so…
- Click the Register Phone Number to this Campaign button.
- Use the Phone Number drop-down to select the phone number to register for SMS services.
- When you are done, click the Register button.
- If needed, steps 1-3 for each number that needs to be registered.
WARNING: Only 49 numbers can be registered to a single campaign. Create another campaign for any additional numbers.
Bulk Register Phone Numbers
If you have multiple phone numbers to register to your SM campaign, you can save some time by registering them in bulk.
To bulk register phone numbers…
- On the campaign's page, click the Bulk Register button.
- Create a spreadsheet of phone numbers from your Inventory that you would like to register to your SMS campaign.
- Ensure that the spreadsheet is saved as a .csv file.
- In the Bulk Register Phones to Campaign modal, click the Browse button to select the .csv spreadsheet of phone numbers.
- Once you are ready, click the Register button.
Manage Registered Phone Numbers
Once you have phone numbers registered to your SMS campaign, you can view these phone numbers in the Registered Phone Numbers section of the campaign's page. You can also remove any obsolete phone numbers from your SMS campaign as needed.
- Select all registered phone numbers to allow you to quickly delete all phone numbers from your SMS campaign.
- Select specific numbers that need to be deleted from your SMS campaign.
- View and take note of a specific phone number registered to your SMS campaign.
- Reference the user registered to a certain phone number.
- Deregister a specific phone number from your SMS campaign.
