Integrate Microsoft Teams on Your Grandstream Conference Phone

Step 1: Install Teams
The GS Market of your Grandstream conference phone allows you to download and use Microsoft Teams. To get started with using Teams on your conference phone…
- Swipe left on the phone's screen to view the conference phone's menu and applications.
- Open the GS Market application.
- In the GS Market menu, tap Download for the Teams option.
Step 2: Install Google Play and GMS
To allow Teams to function and sync with the conference phone properly, GMS and Google Play will need to be downloaded from the GS Market application.
To do so…
- Open GS Market.
- Tap the Download option for Google Play.
- Allow Google Play to fully download and install.
- Tap Download for the GMS option.
- When GMS is prompted to be downloaded, the conference phone will need to install additional applications that will run in the background to allow GMS-reliant applications to run.
Tap the ONE-CLICK SETUP button to start installing these. - Allow these applications to fully install.
✔ Once these background applications have been installed, you should see them listed as “Already Installed”.
If you no longer want to use Teams or Zoom for your conference phone, you can tap the ONE-CLICK UNINSTALL button to remove these applications.
Step 3: Log Into Teams
Once you have downloaded Teams to your conference phone, opening the Teams application will prompt you to log in using your Microsoft Teams credentials.
Note: If your company utilizes SSO, follow the menu that appears to login using your company provided credentials.
Once you are logged into your Microsoft Teams account, you will be prompted to read through and accept a Privacy Notice. If you agree with Microsoft Teams, terms, tap the I agree button.
✔ After agreeing, you will be able to view your Teams messages, channels, calendar, and meetings.
