What Are Quick Dials?
Quick dials act as a shortcut or speed dial for quickly contacting other people. A tap on a quick dial places the call instantly. These quick dials can also be used for other functions like transferring.

To view your Quick Dials, go to the Quick Dial
tab of the app.
Add Quick Dials
To create a quick dial to make calling your contacts easy, there are two different ways to do so:

-
Create custom Quick Dial - Add a quick dial that dials a coworker's extension number, somebody's telephone number, or a code (i.e., a feature code, a star code for forwarding, etc.)
-
Choose from contacts - Scroll through your contacts and tap the Star button next to each contact that quick dials should be added for.
- If you are adding custom quick dials, tap the Save button when done.
- Continue adding quick dials as needed.
Use Quick Dials
Your new quick dials can be used to place calls. To use one to place a call to someone, tap the quick dial you would like to use.

To view a quick dial's details, tap the Information icon next to a quick dial.
If the quick dial was created from a contact, it will display that contact's information as well.
