Forward Voicemails in the Stratus Web Portal

Using the Stratus web portal, you can easily check your voicemails and forward voicemail messages to other users.
To do so…
- In the NEW VOICEMAIL MESSAGES section of your Home page, click the Forward
icon next to the voicemail you want to forward.
- In the search box that appears, type the name or extension number of the user to forward the voicemail to.
- Click the Forward
button.✔ Once the voicemail has forwarded, you will see this success message:
Now when the other user checks their voicemail in Stratus, they will see the voicemail message with the “Fwd” tag.
